Our Policy

  1. Reservations: Reservations need to be made in advance. You will need a valid Credit or Debit Card to secure a room. A deposit of 50% of total room price will be will be charged to your card at that time.

  2. Check in: Check in as early as 3:00 p.m., and take advantage of our cart service where we pick you up in our parking lot and deliver you to your hideout for the weekend. Check out time is 12:00 noon Friday and Saturday but sleep in or go shopping on Sunday and take advantage of our late check out after 5:00 p.m. Sundays.

  3. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your room 30 days prior to your reservation. If the room is rebooked your deposit of 50% will be refunded. I will work diligently to rebook the room.

  4. No Pets: A $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your Credit Card on record if you have a pet in the room. If you go to Dog alley and buy a pet they will hold it until Sunday. If not I will try to find some where it can be housed until you leave.

  5. No Smoking:  All rooms are no smoking. A $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your Credit Card if you have smoked in the room. A smoking area has been provided outside each room and in the common area.
